Payments - No deposit is required when booking, The balance due must be paid 5 days prior to the arrival date. Once your payment is processed no refund will be given.
Additional parking -Please contact us prior to booking to see if we can accommodate additional vehicles . There is a $10.00 a day per vehicle parking fee if additional parking is needed.
Taxes - Florida State taxes are 7%
Gulf County taxes are 5%.
Site 1 - 5 can accommodate an RV up to 45' with slides on both sides
Site 6 can accommodate an RV up to 38' with slides on both sides. Depending on the size of the RV , you may be able to pull through or you will need to back in.
Lot 7 - 13 can accommodate an RV up to 38' with slides on both sides
Site 14 can accommodate an RV up to 34' with slides on both sides. No Class A's.
