Aqua Bay RV Park Rental Policies
At Aqua Bay RV Park, our goal is for our guests to have a safe and great experience as well as create wonderful memories with family and friends during their time with us. We have adopted some guidelines and rules to help ensure we meet our goal. It is our guest’s responsibility to know our park rules and policies. By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to comply with the guidelines and rules. These rules are not comprehensive and management reserves the right to modify the guidelines and rules at any time without notice. Violations of those policies may result in eviction. We ask that you please help us keep the park clean, safe and enjoyable for all guests by following these simple guidelines and rules. Aqua Bay RV Park/Owners/Camp Host reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who has evidence of disregard for the guidelines and rules. There will not be a refund if you are asked to leave the park. Your occupancy is subject to Florida Statutes 513.13, 513.114, 513.117, 513.118, and 513.121.
Aqua Bay RV Park is not responsible for theft/damage to RV’s and/or vehicles, personal items or person(s) while in premises. The owner/management of Aqua Bay RV Park absolve themselves from all liability and responsibility pertaining to loss by fire, theft, weather, acts of God, property damage, accident or any other cause whatsoever, and guests agree to save, protect and hold harmless Aqua Bay RV Park from all such liability. Guests accept site rental privileges with the understanding they are responsible for their safety and their children’s safety.
RENTAL POLICIES:
· We offer daily, weekly, and monthly accommodations.
· No long term accommodations. Monthly rentals will be allowed up to 4 months max.
· Florida Law- No one under the age of 18 is allowed to rent a RV site. We ask that you are at least 21 to rent a RV site.
· Subletting or subleasing is not permitted for any site.
· RV site rates are for 6 people max, including children and infants, up to 3 pets, 1 RV and 1 auto.
· Absolutely no tent camping allowed on-site.
· All RV's must be in good working order. Have all the correct connections needed (electrical, water, and sewer). RV's must be in working order while on property.
· Outdoor rugs are only permitted on gravel.
· Up to 3 pets are allowed per site. Florida law requires all dogs/cats must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet and must be attended to at all times while outside. Aggressive dogs of any breed are not allowed.
· No outside laundry lines are allowed.
· No tents or canopies are allowed in the sites, this is a safety issue because of frequent high winds coming off the bay.
· Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the sewer. You will be responsible for repairing/replacing sewer pumps if one if damaged due to negligence.
· Only ONE RV allowed per site.
· We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
· While on the property, please put all cigarette butts and trash in the proper container.
· Place garbage/dead fish/fish guts in plastic bags, tie, and place in the dumpster at the front of the property.
· No semi-trucks. No boats without making prior arrangements with the park.
· Guests are responsible for the actions of their visitors.
· Please do not put grease/oil down the drains; it can cause a blockage which will stop up the drainage system. The guest will be responsible to pay to have it repaired.
· Washing RV’s and/or cars are not allowed inside the park unless discussed with the park first
· All children must be accompanied by an adult while moving freely in the park.
· If walking over to the bay, please use Victoria Ave and Whiting Street, and avoid cutting through any private property.
Aqua Bay RV Park/Owners/Camp Host reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who has evidence of disregard for the guidelines and rules. There will be no refund if you are asked to leave the park.
Arrivals/Departures: Check in Time: 2:00 PM EST. Checkout time: 11:00 AM EST.
· Late Arrivals: Late arrivals are permitted at this location.
· Early Arrivals: Early arrivals are not permitted unless guests call or text prior to check on availability. A fee may be assessed.
· Late Departures: If you need some additional time before departing, please call or text. If we can accommodate your needs, a fee may be assessed.
· Stay Extensions: Extensions are available based on site availability. Extensions may require a site change. Please inquire with our staff.
Quiet Hours: For the convenience of all our guests, we have established quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please be courteous of these quiet hours.
Site Appearance / Maintenance:
· All spaces must maintain a CLEAN appearance.
· Space around and under RV shall be kept neat and free from rubbish, trash, and other items. Garbage and refuse shall be promptly taken to the resort dumpster by the guest.
· We reserve the right to refuse service to any rig based upon its appearance and/or condition.
· It is mandatory that your sewer and/or gray water hose have a sewer connection (sewer collar/donut) attached to prevent sewer gasses from escaping.
· Outdoor items should be neat and orderly.
· Outdoor rugs are only permitted on gravel.
· No tires, 55-gallon drums, generators, refrigerators, freezers, and other storage containers are allowed on your site. Storage containers under rig allowed maintained in neat appearance.
· Keep all cords, cables and hoses coiled and bundled.
· No light duty extension cords allowed.
· Holiday decorations must be removed within two (2) weeks of holiday.
· No tarps.
· No clothes lines permitted.
· No political or inappropriate flags are allowed. All flags must be presentable
· Keep your site neat and free of litter including cigarettes.
· We request you not leave chairs, games, bicycles, and other personal property on lawns that will impede lawn maintenance.
· For safety reasons and Florida law clothes lines are not permitted in the park or attached to trees. We ask that you do not hang towels, clothing, linens or other articles from trees or fences.
· Tents, screen rooms, clothes lines or any other structures not permanently attached to an RV are not allowed in this park.
· Customer responsibility – Any customer or guest destroying/damaging park or other customer’s property will be required to make restitution. If your RV has an electrical problem creating a problem with the park electrical system and a certified electrician has to be called you will be responsible for the cost of the electrician’s service call and damages.
Grill Use/Campfires:
· Please always use a protective mat under any grill/cooking appliance set on our picnic tables.
· We allow guests to bring their own fire pit as long as it is above ground and does not burn the grass.
· Please make sure to extinguish the fire prior to retiring for the evening.
WIFI:
· Complimentary WIFI access is provided.
· Wi-Fi speed is impacted by usage. Wi-Fi is provided to support smart TV's, email, messaging, and similar communication activities.
· Wi-Fi is not meant for gaming.
Dumpster/Garbage:
· All trash must be securely bagged and all boxes must be broken down.
· No furniture, grills, large appliances, batteries, flammable, or toxic materials.
· Used cooking oils must be disposed of in a sealed container.
Pet Policy: We gladly welcome pets in the RV Park. To continue welcoming pets, we enforce a strict pet policy. A responsible owner and well-behaved pet will find these to be basic requests.
· Pets are limited to 3 per RV site.
· Pets may not be kept in autos, trailers, kennels, or fencing outside an RV. Pets may be tied outside an RV as long as a guest accompanies them. Pets may not be left outside the RV unattended.
· Local law requires pets to be on a short leash (6 feet or less) at all times.
· There are grass areas around the park where you can walk your pet. Do not walk your pet on the grass areas in between RV sites.
· If your pet is excessively noisy, please do not leave them unattended. If your pet disturbs or threatens another guest or employee of the RV Park, the pet will be asked to leave.
· Please be respectful and clean up after your pet(s).
· Pets must not dig holes or otherwise create an unsightly appearance on lot.
· Aggressive dogs of any breed that exhibit unfriendly behavior are not allowed in the park.
Payments/Refunds/Cancellations:
· We do not require a deposit. Payments will automatically process 5 days prior to your arrival.
· No refund will be given if daily/weekly/monthly reservations are canceled less than 5 days prior to your arrival date. Once your credit card is charged no refund will be given.
· No refunds on early departures.
· No refunds on lock fees.
Parking and Vehicles:
· One (1) vehicle limit on each site plus your RV.
· All vehicles must be in operational condition.
· Please do not park in unrented sites or in roadways, as they must remain open for RV and vehicle traffic. We reserve the right to tow a vehicle at the owners' expense if necessary.
· The speed limit in the park is 5 mph.
· No parking in vacant RV sites.
· No parking in grass (campers or cars).
· No cutting through any unrented RV sites.
Utilities:
· Utilities (water, electric, Wi-Fi) are provided at no charge for daily, weekly, and monthly stays. We ask that you please be mindful of your utility usage while away from the park.
Inclement Weather / Evacuation:
· Impending Tropical storms or Hurricanes may require evacuation by the State, County or if park management deems it unsafe to stay.
· Refunds will be given if a mandatory evacuation is ordered to all current guests on any unused portion of your stay.
· Refunds will not be given if an evacuation order has NOT been given.
· If you choose not to come in before or after the evacuation order is ordered or lifted, no refunds will be given.
